Football can help kids fit into a group and help them find their self-identity as well as a group identity in a place they might think they do not fit in. Because of the multiple health benefits of youth football to kids, youth football is beneficial to kids as they are growing and maturing. Finally, football helps kids grow and mature throughout their early lives, a very important time window in a child’s life where they are influenced the most by outside forces.
