The American Revolution was a conflict between the 13 American colonies and the British crown. The American Revolution was caused because of the British colonists that were in America, rebelled against Great Britain and it’s rules. Many battles lead up to the one final battle and in the end the colonies got their freedom and they also became independent states. I believe that one of the most significant events during the American Revolution is the Boston Tea Party and the Battle of Bunker Hill. During the Boston Tea Party, 65 men dressed as Indians boarded the tea ships and dumped nearly 350 chests into the harbor. The men did not damage the ship or even break the locks on the chests of tea crates. They just went for the tea and threw the
