On October 31, 2005 Teresa Halbach was murdered and raped by Steven Avery. This is relevant to the case because he is trying to get out of prison and convince people he’s not guilty for this murder. However, Avery is very dangerous and deserves to serve his prison sentence. Even though some people believe Avery’s not guilty, the evidence of his blood in Teresa’s RAV4 and her bones found in his firepit reveals he was at the scene of the crime. He even admitted to having a fire the night Teresa was murdered. Teresa’s bones were found in Avery’s fire pit interwoven with steel belt tires. The human body has about 270 bones in it. Now people believe the police planted her bones, however that’s very unlikely, because just about all her bones were found there. If She was murdered somewhere else how did the killer not drop a single bone when transporting the bones to Avery’s fire pit? They also found her teeth in the pit and a patch from her blue jeans she wore that day when photographing Avery’s vehicles.
