In “Hamlet” by William Shakespeare there is a king, Queen, Prince, and the king 's brother. The king 's brother kills him and takes his spot as king of Denmark. The prince dead father comes back to him as a spirit and tell him that he didn’t die of natural causes he was killed and the person who has done it now wears the crown. After finding out about what really happen the prince begins to act really strange and that led to the newly king wanting him dead. Throughout Hamlet the reader will notice that the prince Hamlet has a lot of problems. The cause of these problems are the people around him actions.
Hamlet problems are a result of other people 's ' actions. Those peoples ' action have led Hamlet to do many things he will regret. After his father was killed his mother whose name is Gertrude marries his uncle whose name is Claudius. “ With an auspicious and a dropping eye, with mirth in funeral and with dirge in marriage”(Hamlet 1.2.11-12). Because of those mental problems there are bad things happening in Denmark. Polonius, who was known to be noisy was hiding behind an Aries while Hamlet and his mother were having a conversation. Hamlet mother became afraid of the way he was acting and shouted for help. Polonius also shouted for help causing hamlet to kill him. “ What wilt thou do? Thou no murders me? Help, Help, Ho! Polonius from behind Aries what ho? Help, Help, Help, Help! Hamlet - How now a rat! Dead for a ducat, dead”(Hamlet 3.4.25-28)! This evidence supports the main idea because it shows the reader how Polonius calling for help led to Hamlet killing him. If Polonius would have never called for help he wouldn’t be dead.
