Video game violence has been a controversial topic for many years. Games such as Pac-Man all the way up to modern games such as Call Of Duty And Grand Theft Auto. Violence in video games lead up to violent outbreaks and bad behavior problems. Are these violent video games moulding today's generation of kids to a more violent side, forgetting that these games are made to have fun and enjoy them. There have been studies across the century about this discussion and there have been both valid points to each side of the topic. Video games are very popular all over the world. They connect people through the internet and allows them to interact with one another to create a fun environment. These games vary from card games, to first person shooter games, or racing games. It was well known that the two teenagers who committed this extreme violent act were excessive players of the violent video game called “Doom 3D”, in which the player embarks on defending mars from aliens with large automatic weapons. A lot of people claim that this game caused the two to violently outbreak into the massacre, however there is no proof, and once again, the game has not caused anyone else, out of its millions of players over the years to commit the same heinous crime, Eric and Dylan were capable of these crimes before playing the game, it is however a possibility that the game helped their psychopathic views to be glorified. Where normal people do not have these psychopathic traits in the first place and play games like this for entertainment
