Both Aunt Misery and the the old couple "The Crane Maiden" face a situation in which they both have too lose some thing in there life. I will explain the what are the compare and contrast, the differences and the same thing. This is a essay about compare and contrast about two story's. They must let go of some one or some thing they love very much they both wish not to let go of the thing or person they have to let go off. The same actions that happen in both of the story were that they both have to let go of something they really love. They are both old. They both live alone and with no pets or kids.They were always kind to the strangers no matter what happen, the old couple would let them in their own house and let them stay for a night. The Aunt Misery would let the people in her house people that she did not even knew, but the old lady would always let them in. They were both kind to strangers and comfort the strangers and make them feel like home but at there home. The Crane Maiden is different from Aunt Misery because the Crane Maiden have a daughter that is a bird that was always in the room with the sowing machine sowing clothes and the parents wonder what the daughter has been doing in there they took a peak and they seen that their daughter was a crane a bird.
