To combine the weight training and aerobic exercise is called the cross-training program. Cross-training program is based on the muscle toning weight training included the aerobic exercise interval after each weight training set. To preform the cross-training program the subject has to use the aerobic exercise such as jogging or treadmill immediately after each set of weight training.
