Different religions have their own views of the supernatural dimension. The Semitic religions, such as Christianity, Islam and Judaism believe that the supernatural dimension os monotheism, the belief of having only one God whilst the Eastern religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism believe in polytheism, which is the belief that there is more than one divine beings or power.
