In our government, power is organized with 3 branches, the branches are, legislative, judicial, and executive. A dilemma around presidential power during the ratification of the Constitution is the debate around who should choose the president.

Patrick Henry was a anti federalist, Henry was one of the founding fathers of America. Patrick Henry thought that the government should be strict and careful with who they choose. The article states - “The House of Representatives shall… have the sole Power of Impeachment… The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments… no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present. Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States…” I believe that the president should have control for at least some of this.
