Jenna Jensen’s article discusses how puppy mills are known to be very inhumane. Due to this puppy’s bodies are worn from being bred multiple times. Their teeth are rotted out, and they have cysts between their toes from the wires they have been forced to stand on. In effort to stop inhumane behavior, 54 Florida municipalities have banned the sale of puppies from puppy mills. Hillsborough County has been noted to be the next county to take a stand against puppy mills.
The play Dog Act is an unconventional play written in a post-apocalyptic setting during which the main characters Zetta and Dog are on an adventure to see "China," a famous region in the world at the time of the play. Liz Duffy Adams, the playwright, wrote the play and relayed her blueprints, the script, to directors Mandy Fox and Joe Kopyt, who worked with designers to create and present a world of their own imagination based on Adams ' script. The unique interpretation included eccentric costumes for each character, bold yet subtle implications toward sexuality and gender, as well the moving storylines executed well by the actors. The costumes a character wears are often indicative of their personality, class, and their overall characterization.
It was eleven o’three when I finally started my homework. It was official; I was in the fourth, final, and worst stage of procrastination, the crisis stage. I was exhausted, just trying to finish solving all the problems, and not even checking to see if any of them were right. Every day bees are disappearing from their colonies at dangerously rapid rates. Everyone should become bee keepers and/or have bee gardens. It is the peoples’ duty to protect and save the bees. Bees play a major role in our everyday lives, and they go unnoticed. Without bees our food supply would quickly decrease.

All five parts have a definite purpose and are very important to the document itself. People often put off important tasks, whether it’s something easy or challenging, until the last minute. It’s not something to be proud of, but it’s not something that one can easily overcome. As most know, procrastination, according to the online Cambridge Dictionary, is the act of delaying something that must be done, often because it is unpleasant or boring. Although many dawdle due to psychological factors, more people, especially students, now find themselves being drawn to ongoing distractions from advancing technology and easy access to social media platforms that are affecting GPAs, sleep patterns, and general health. Technology was initially developed to help individuals to be more efficient with their tasks.
Frequent postponement and delaying of work may compromise one’s performance as cognitive process dampen time is limited. Nevertheless, the detrimental effects of procrastination can be hindered by avoiding unrealistic goals through simple techniques such as Best, Worst, Real Exercise and Design Thinking Principles. Strong time management by prioritizing tasks and dividing tasks into smaller portions can also avert procrastination. It is clearly evident that procrastination brings nothing but harm to procrastinators, hence it is crucial for people especially students to recognize the symptoms of procrastination and espouse appropriate initiatives as this destructive behaviour could potentially affect their health and achievement. 1.
I witnessed firsthand how procrastinating had made my life and the life of those around me so much harder and stressful than it needed to be. I have struggled with my bad habit of procrastinating for a long time and although it has gotten better, I still haven’t completely overcome it. It’s something that affects my life everyday. Not only that, but it’s a conscious decision I still choose most of the time. It makes my life harder and isn’t beneficial in anyway, but I just can’t seem to stop procrastinating.

The sample only comprised of undergraduate students within the age group of 18-24, and they all belonged to one business school in Karachi. Hence, the results obtained from this study cannot be generalized to a wider population to explain their procrastinating behavior. Future research must incorporate a more representative sample. For this purpose, a cross sectional research can be conducted on undergraduate students and middle aged adults to see whether the patterns of active and passive procrastination are same across different age group or varies with age.
Above all, homework allows the students to gain responsibility, time-management, perseverance, and self-esteem. “The act of completing homework has benefits in terms of developing good habits in students.” This shows that, students are gaining many skills from homework. This also shows that, homework isn’t a waste of time and students do benefit from homework. “Homework also teaches students how to problem solve, think independently, and build an understanding and interest for the issues in our society.”
