The movie Monsters, Inc. portrays two characters, Mike Wasowski, Mike, and James Sullivan, Sully, as they go throughout their journey of obtaining a child and learning of the corrupt company they work at. The company they work for is Monsters Incorporated. The company is run by Henry J. Waternoose III, and it is known as the largest energy company throughout the Monsters, Inc. world. At the company, energy is maintained through the screaming of children. This is done on the scare floor where the monsters go into the children’s rooms, while they are sleeping, and scare them. For this reason, a better, and more ethical plan of action to gain energy would be to start a film production company. As see throughout the movie, the monsters are extremely good as being scary. Because of this, a line of monster horror movies that energy could be gained off of would be a positive step in a better and more ethical direction. When watching a horror movie, people get frightened at scenes with gore, jumpscares, dolls, masks, and creepy music. These are all components that the CEO could put into a movie to get the maximum number of scares possible. This is also more ethical as people choose to watch horror movies, and there is no forcing in the situation at all. The company could also make comedy movies. Laughter was also an extreme energy producer, and a line of comedy moves, directed at children, would gain them much energy. Children laugh at many things, and knowing how to make them laugh even more, would gain the company a high amount of energy. A line of horror and comedy movies would be the most effective and ethical step of action to produce enough energy for the city will still maintaining a good image for the
