When watching the video, “The Roaring 20s, flappers dancing the Charleston” I was just wondering how women could dance like that on those heels. I am aware that not everyone is able to walk on high heels, which is why I admire how well they were dancing; they seemed to truly enjoy doing so. The video “The Great Depression 2 - The road to rock bottom” was very informative. I loved learning about Charles Floyd. Although I do not approve of his decision to commit murder, I do respect the fact that he tried to help those in need. Besides this, learning about Hoover’s mindset left me shocked. I couldn’t believe he thought it was not possible for the nation to be starving just because he was not experiencing it. This just seemed ignorant to me. Speaking
