The HBPD is able to search keywords like "gun," "fight,""shoot"and "riot",they are able to respond to it sooner. Since they are able to look on social media for these things they are able to stop it or even prevent it before it actually happens. Social media also lets people access new information and helps them stay up to date on events that are happening in the world and in their communities. The security systems are fine the way they are now. Sure some of them might need to be fixed here and there but, if a parent is concerned about what their child is doing while on social media they can just go into the settings and put on parental content they and even receive emails on what their child is doing (some platforms will also have an option of getting text messages).
