1. This chapter does not have any structure. It need contations or the name of the person taking with a ollen after it before their statement. This chapter needs structure because you can 't even remember what they first started talking about. They first talked about snow, then cousins, then clouds, then their moms, one right after the other. You can 't see where they started or ended talking about the subject because next thing you know it 's a different subject already.
2. The clouds represents the girls. The firs change diologe at random times just like clouds do. The clouds also represent the life of the girls. It represents life because

3. ther girls thinking about the soes and the males thinking about other things shows cultural double standard. Boys can be shirtless on a hot day and nobosy would see it as a bad thing, but once peole see a girl in a sports bra it;s like woah that 's not right. Since Nenny is younger, her would is still a nice innocent world. Now that Esperanza doesn 't belong ther anymore means she is growing and no longer in a innocent world, but she is not fully grown because she has very little knowlede about boys, almost none.
2. I believe Esperanza and her friend belong to a learning world. They are not innocent little girls anymore because Esperanza says they don 't belong to Nenny 's world. They do not belong to an expirenced adult world either. They don 't belong there either because they know almost nothing about boys or what happens when they walk in high heels.
3. Esperanza distinguishes herself from Nenny in this story by what they say. Nenny says "stupid" things about hips. Esperanza says "scientific" things about boys. Nenny says hips are lullabies, Esperanza says they 're to told kids. In the chapter "Gril 's Furniture Bought and Sold" Nenny loves the music box and isn 't afraid to show it. On the other hand, Esperanza loves the box but stys quiet and pretends not to care. Esperanza destinguishs herself from other girls as smarter. She says Rachel, Lucy, and Nenny usually don 't say intelligent things. Ulikde what she says is scientif . Her relationship has changed slightly sice she met her freinds. When the girls first met they bought each
