The Hunger Games is a novel written by Suzanne Collins in 2008 and adapted into a film ,directed by Gary Ross in 2012. Hunger Games is about the capitol, Panem, that holds the annual Hunger Games which consist of a boy and girl from all twelve districts which they call tributes. The tributes have to fight to the death until one tribute is left standing. One of the tributes is Katniss Everdeen from district 12 she steps up as district twelves first volunteer for her younger sister Prim. Katniss has a chance to win with her hunting skills but one thing stands in her way, and that is her reconnection with and an old friend. The movie and the novel are both about this action and love story, however as it says in the quote above , there are things
