The Hungar games, maybe one of the most well known books in the world, In schools around the world children are reading it, but the question is should they be? Furthermore, some people believe that the hunger games are too violent to be taught in schools. In my opinion the Hungar games is a book that should be read in schools. To begin, all the violence is fiction, meaning there is no violence that has affected anyone. Evidence from the text is,“In a book originally marketed as young adult fiction, it presents questions of government control, deceit, violence and child killing for the reading audience to consider.” Next, the evidence says that everything that happens in the book and movie is fake and didn’t happen in real life. In addition, more evidence from the text,“That being said, there is little to no difference between movie goers who watch the movie The Hunger Games and the masses in the movie that witness the cruelty of the Games.” In addition, the evidence explains how only in the movie you can see all the violence and in the book you have to use your imagination.
