1. CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE
Cultural intelligence is people who have the capacity to perform his/ her task effectively and efficiently even within the groups of people in a specific area, e.g. my performance will still be effective after relocating from Mmabatho to Pretoria where there are different cultures.

2(a). INDIVIDUAL CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE
According to Leslie Ottavi individual cultural intelligence refers to an individual who gain understanding about the aspects of culture, how it varies, and behavioural norms that share by specific groups of people.

It really indicates that the services that should be rendered to vuneralbal community are not effectively and efficiently rendered as a result the are clients who are not receiving services as required due to decrease of job satisfaction (Supported by Butterfield, 1988).
Mindful is appropriate to communicate effectively during meetings with multicultural stakeholders. The critical component of Metacognitive is a cultural intelligence as is promoting thinking ability about situations and people in multicultural settings.
An individual should gather cultural intelligence as something that can be improved on a regular basis on daily life in order to be effectively within multicultural groups.
3. HOW DOES CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE INFLUENCE INDIVIDUAL’S REACTIONS TO POWER RELATIONS AND AN ORGANIZATIONS WORK CLIMATE
