First thing that needs to be said is human rights plays a vital role in one and all’s life, however, not all of us pay serious attention to it. According to all accounts, all we know is government tries to provide an adequate healthcare and education to people all the time. As it states in constitution of most countries, everyone has the right to the highest achievable standard of physical and mental health, which are access to all medical services, sanitation, adequate food, decent housing, healthy working conditions, and a clean environment. In terms of education, it should be free and obligatory, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. So, we cannot direct the most of budgets and attention to only education and healthcare. However, despite the fact, since these two categories are important and fundamental, there are other categories important as well. For example, the right to liberty and freedom, the pursuit of happiness, life free of discrimination. All human rights are indivisible, whether civil and political rights, such as the right to life, equality before the law and freedom of expression; economic, social and cultural rights, such as the rights to work, social security and education, are indivisible, interrelated and interdependent. We have to look at them as a whole one system and cannot separate them from each other or direct our focus to only one side. It is good for a one country, if people living within that country have high literacy; they are educated and have strong health, a very low infant mortality as well. One country can guarantee 100% healthcare and education, only in case if they have opportunities with budget and can afford to do it. That is the reason; we may not always be able to provide them to
