Music is already a part of our everyday life because throughout the years it is proven to be a great influence the mind of people. There are claims that music is a brain stimulant because there are students which studies and listens to the music at the same time. According to them music eases studying because it relaxes the mind. There are also researchers which provides methods to modulate an individuals affective state through generation of music according to emotion. The method is done by EEG and typically called Brain-Computer music interfaces(Daly et. Al, 2015). This only means that music affects emotions and mood, so it can be a brain stimulant for studying.
Music is everywhere and there are different kinds of music and they have different effects. Like blues for example it makes your heart rate more calm and relax. This kind of song is best if you are anxious or nervous. And reggae. Reggae is best for people who have anger management issues,etc. Classical music affects the brains abilities and how it organizes. But why classical music? Classical music is connected with the brain and the heart. Scientists say that the rhythm of classical music raises the level of serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter, it is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses that helps maintaining a “joyous feeling”. Music’s rhythm can match the beat of the heart which makes us more calm and more focused. The Mozart effect is a phenomenon that is “spatial temporal reasoning” and “short
