Knowledge question: To what extent does personal impression and perception affect ones pursue of scientific knowledge?
Since the before the time that I even had the ability to read my imagination and fascinating and curiosity was wild with science I still remember the time where my mother used to read to me science books on magnetism and electricity when I was only five years old and we used to preform various experiments with magnets and build little electrical engines which used to annoy my school teachers when I brought them to school for further questions! However it was not after that I came across a Persian translation of book by a polish author titled the “modern physics” that my journey into the world of physics began. It was then that I was first introduced to the concepts of relativity, quantum mechanics and the even the very concept of predicting the movements of planets and galaxies through pure mathematics. It was at that age that I learned that scientific thinking is based on personal perception and one’s personal impression on his work that leads to new discoveries and innovations; this has happened constantly throughout human history.
Empirical senses are considered the main ways of knowing in the scientific way of thinking these include the five main senses of human body and deductive reasoning.
