Hayes What is known as the compromise of 1877 was an undocumented deal that accommodated both sides of the party running for presidency and ended the reconstruction era a term that is used to cover two parts one being the entire history of the country following the civil war which ended in 1865 and the other focuses on how the southern united states and how they build back up after the war. With the south being so vulnerable the election for presidency the election was a way of them gaining some sort of leverage. Black republicans gained no benefit from this compromise at all. Henry Aaron Louis also known as Hank Aaron or Hammerin Hank was an overall great person as an amazing athlete. Henry's career started when his father took him to a speech Jackie Robinson was speaking at. That is when he decided to dedicate himself to baseball from that point on.
On March 30, 1842 he successfully removed a tumor from James Venable under sulfuric-ether. James woke up in a little discomfort, and no memory of the surgery. However, he did not publish his findings in writing. He also was a surgeon during the Civil War to both sides in Athens, Georgia. In the year 2006, the Stolen Valor Act made it illegal to make medals of Honor. The case brought forth to us describes issues brought about by this act. In United States v. Fields, Abel Fields attended a meeting where he proclaimed that he had military experience, and that he earned a Purple Heart. He had made false statements, and in turn was convicted, and had to pay a $1,000 fine. Fields felt that his First Amendment rights had been violated.
During the Renaissance health and medicine changed considerably . There were many important changes to the understanding of anatomy and surgery. Important doctors and surgeons discovered different ways of understanding to body and different ways of operating. For example how Vesalius in the 15th century dissected the human body to learn more about anatomy. During this essay I will investigate how far health and medicine improved during the Renaissance by focusing on anatomy and surgery.
William James Bosket shot and killed Noel Perez on March 19, 1978 at the ripe age of 15. A week later he shot and killed yet another man, Moises Perez, in an attempted robbery and finally shot and killed a New York Transit employee in between the two previous murders. He was tried in New York’s family court and pled guilty, receiving the maximum sentence of five years in a youth facility. Because of this short sentence the Governor called in a special session of the state legislature and passed the Juvenile Offender Act of 1978. Children, as young as thirteen years old, could be tried as an adult for crimes such as murder.

My resilience first aid kit includes items that I believe will assist someone to overcome problems, stress or hard situations that may occur throughout their time.
Since as long as human life has been recorded, humans have been creating and inventing countless things to suit each need. Whether that be how we shelter ourselves, to how we hunt, or now in day, how we can provide a cure to live a little longer. Or as some people call it- medicine.
Doctors used leeches which are segmented worms that are blood suckers. They also carried knives and lancets. They believed they could cure metal illness issues. The doctor would cut the patients veins and allow the patient to bleed out to get rid of the infected blood. The bleeding had no positive effect and increased the chances of death.
