The Jackson Five consisted of five brothers Jackie, Jermaine, Tito, Marlon and perhaps the most famous Michael Jackson. At a young age the boy’s father saw something in his boys and created a group that will forever be in history. The Jackson Five were on a popular label entitled “Motown” and they were responsible for many hits in the 1970s. Some of those hits include “ABC”, “Who’s Lovin You” “I want you back” “I’ll be There” etc. You can name one of their songs and your Grandma or Grandpa will say “That’s My Jam”. The Jackson Five grew up in Gary, Indiana to a family in total of nine. When their Father Joe Jackson realized that his sons were talented he quickly spent much of his time molding them to be the best they could be. Therefore, much of their time included practicing in order to one day potentially be picked up by a record label. The only thing that comes to my mind is YES! According to All Music.com when The Jackson Five first came out “they were an infectious brand of funky pop-soul was a definite departure from the typically smooth, elegant Motown sound, as befitting the group's youth and the dawn of a new decade”. To this day you will find children listening to the Jackson Five in the car because their musics provides a children friendly sound whether than the ordinary music that is played on the
