Although in one’s eye the meaning of the word animal can be so minor, it comes to say that they play a big part by representing a form of being able to breathe and have a free will in the life they live. I want my readers to be able to understand the concept of an animal and how they are related to humans by giving us opportunities and spirit throughout one’s life. My first source that is used is the article called “Evolution, consequences and future of plant and animal domestication” in The Journal of Science: Nature, written by Jared Diamond. This article had certain key points that helped support my thesis, talking about the history of animal placement and the relation to human involvement. The next source that I used in my research paper is relating to how the human mind and animal brain are similar but have many differences. Richard Dawkins an author of “This Organ Separates Humans from Animals”, writes about the story of African chimps and how they are similar to humans all the way back from the beginning. Going on to the next source used was “Human Mind vs. Animal brain, written by Bradford G. Schleifer. He writes about how the importance that humans are different from animals, stated in the title he separates them as if they were a different species. One way that he specifies animals and humans are similar was a form of spirits. The last source and way I used to explain the meaning of the word animal was through a different culture.
