Mathematics is a subject that captivates my interests because of its beauty, logic and uniqueness. Through the history of mankind, mathematics has played a crucial role in the development of our daily life as explains Professor Marcus du Sautoy in “The Story of Maths”. It was from this documentary, along with “The Joy of X”, by Michael Miller that my interest in Mathematics began to emerge in year 10 as both answered the question “When will I ever use this in real world?”
