1. What was life like for immigrants after they entered the United States in the late 1800’s?
Answer: In the late 1800’s the primarily immigrants were from Germany, Ireland, Mexican, and Great Britain; some of them were more professional workers and others had jobs as farmers in rural areas. Also, other immigrants were from the southern and Easter Europe; all immigrants had the same goal that was the searching of new opportunities caused by the industrial revolution. Unfortunately, the journey for them was difficult and tired, usually they traveled in the steerage with bad conditions and suffering sicknesses and discomfort and they were revised strictly to authorize immigrants whether enter to the country or not.
