Zaroff later reveled to Rainsford how he hunts humans, because he thought it was more challenging.

The audience can infer an ominous event will take place sometime in the story by the way he portrays the rocks as a creature. Sometimes in life you have to fight or die the story “The Most Dangerous Game” and High Noon show this very well. “The Most Dangerous Game” is about a profession hunter who got stuck on a island with a hunter and to leave he has to play this game where he stays alive for three days when the hunter tries to hunt him. High noon is about a Marshall who sent up a criminal and the criminal got out of jail and is coming for revenge on him, no one will help the Marshall so it’s him verse their gang. Even though High Noon and “ The Most Dangerous Game” are very different, there are many similarities in the theme, and the main character, however there are many differences in the setting also.
