On April 6, 2006, 45 year old Thomas Lee raped, abuse, and murdered 15 year old Abby Halls. Abby attended Los Angeles, California High school. Abby was a straight A student and was never involved in any sort of trouble. Abby was a bit of a loner because she didn’t really talk to a lot of people. She only had 3 close friends she really trusted. After school around 4:00 p.m. Abby would usually go to the library and work on her homework every single day. Thomas Lee worked as a janitor at the same high school Abby was in. Thomas was known as a rapist due to his past for raping a couple of young girls a few years back and as will as a bipolar person. That afternoon on April 6 , At around 5:30 p.m. Abby was getting ready to leave the library and walk to a close coffee shop where she was meeting up with one of her friends around 6:00 p.m. Abby was always on time and called if something important came up. Abby notices that Thomas was running right after her. She was going to turn the corner right were the street was busy with people. When she feels his arm around her mouth and him pushing her into the alley close to the coffee house. He punches her right in the face and Abby faints by all of his force. He carries her back to school behind the alleys and puts her into his black van. He drives to an abandoned farm house right out of the city limits. He carries her into the abandoned house. Where he rapes and abuse her, and at around 8:00 p.m. Abby dies dues to the multiple kicks to her head. On April 8, Thomas Lee gets arrested for the murder of Abby Hall. Someone had spotted him carrying a girl into his black van. As will as the police get a call from Abby’s friend and family saying that they haven’t seen Abby all day and she doesn’t answer her phone. He pleads not guilty, stating he never talked to Abby
