For this project I'm going to be talking about the murder of Matt Caldwell. Dexter is about a guy named Dexter that kills people he believes are bad; like murders, thefts , really anyone that does a bad deed. I chose to watch Dexter: New Blood episode 7-10. These /episodes are about Dexter killing Matt Caldwell. Matt was a well known guy from their small little town. Dexter made one mistake that led up to him getting caught. Dexter had a son, Harrison, He's 16 and just found his dad again after 10 years. Dexter thought Harrison had the same “dark passenger” and himself but in episode 10 he figures it out. Criminalistic are the people that deal with crimes that have real evidence. The real evidence found was a titanium surgical screw. Matt had a severe accident where he needed titanium screws put in his leg. As we all know titanium doesn't burn. (Angela got an anonymous letter and all but one screw in the mail saying “Jim Liensy killed Matt” ) When Dexter moved He needed a new name and he chose Jim Liensy.
Dexter's house “randomly” burned down. They then found out it was not a mistake, it was arson. His son Harrison Said it could have been a group of guys that attacked him at a gas station. But what Anaglea does not know is that Harrison started the fight; he just wants to get the cops off Dexters (his dads) back about who could have done it.The whole police apartment helped Dexter clean up. There are a lot of things that real investigators do like block off a crime scene, take pictures of everything, have a blood spatter analysis ect. If you look up some histories of murders there's a lot of things they and Dexter have in common. Dexter suffers from schizoid, which is someone suffering from Schizoid Personality Disorder. Dexter just got really good at hiding it.
