Tupac Amaru Shakur, better known as 2Pac, was shot in a drive-by shooting after attending a Mike Tyson fight in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 7th 1996. On September 13th 1996, Tupac was pronounced dead. He was only 25 years old. Till this day, Tupac’s murder remains unsolved. Many conspiracy theories have ascended concerning his death. Conspiracies that include Suge Knight as being the one responsible for Tupac’s murder and Tupac faking his own death.
Perhaps the most looked into conspiracy till this day is the conspiracy that Suge Knight was behind Tupac’s murder. According to 1995-09-16 / Tupac’s Contract With Death Row Records, Tupac was signed to Suge Knight’s record label Death Row Records on September 16, 1995,while he was incarcerated. Suge Knight agreed to post the 1.3 million dollar bail Tupac needed in exchange for Tupac to sign to his Death Row Records label. Tupac signed and was released from jail on October 1995. As part of the contract, Tupac was required to release three albums under Death Row. According to Is Tupac Shakur alive? the coroner listed Tupac as feet and 215 pounds when he was actually 5 feet 10 inches and 168 pounds. It is also stated that the autopsy phot released by the coroner was fake as Tupac’s tattoos did not match the tattoos of the body in the photograph. Another thought provoking fact is that there was never a body shown as Tupac’s body was allegedly cremated the day after his death. Also the man who cremated Tupac allegedly retired after Tupac’s cremation and has never been seen again.
