Yes, sometimes chocolate may be good for you, but in those rare circumstances the chocolate has to be dairy-free, sugar-free and fat-free. If not it can be eaten once or twice a week to prevent harmful effects. But chocolate is still a sweet treat and once you over eat it you will affect your health. For example, the high level of sugar in the chocolate has no benefits to the health and no nutritional value for the human body. In fact eating tons of chocolate will lead to weight gain and may cause some dangerous heart diseases because of the huge amount of fat, which leads up to 30 grams in a bar.(Fisk,2014).Another effect of eating lots of chocolate is getting cavities or diabetes.
