In the novel “The Night Trilogy” by Elie Wiesel a positive character is Tibi and Yossi. They are supportive and calm young siblings from Czechoslovakia who take care of each other profoundly. During the deportation of the Jews, their parents were killed in Birkenau, they were deported into a concentration camp and yet tobi and yossi still have the strength to keep going on. As kids they should be playing around in a back yard using their creativity, imagination, not wondering whether todays their last day to live. Subsequently, while imprisoned they didn’t show sorrow, occasionally hummed and sang Hebrew songs. One day in the concentration camp, while transferring commandos they said to elie, their best friend in the camp, “let’s stay together.
