This is important as without the products or services, this business cannot run or generate profit as every business needs goods to sell in return for capital. This is same with RSPCA as the department in RSPCA also manufacture their products for animals and they offer it to customers in order to raise awareness and not for profit as it is a charity welfare. The structure of Apple can help this business to achieve this aim because Apple recruits employees to carry out this duty and they can achieve this aim by persuading customers and pricing their products/services at a price where Apple generates profit on every sale the make.
