ADHD affects a lot of people mentally from self-esteem to forgetting things easily. People with ADHD usually have low self-esteem and low self-confidence because of how different they feel from everyone else. People with the disorder have trouble controlling emotions and following directions because of the hyperactivity and not being able to focus. A lot of people with ADHD find themselves forgetting things easily and daydreaming this happens because of the low activity in the front part of the brain.
