Bolt bus, is a greyhound express bus that provides curbside service and operates mostly in the northeast and some services as well in the northwest. Bolt bus was designed by Peter Pan, and Greyhound bus services combined efforts to design a bus that was different than the standard Greyhound or other busses. This video shows how this bus service reaches its targeted markets through its advertising, promotions, and social media. This bus had about 50 competitors around them, and they needed to come up with something different that would catch the customer’s attention. Twitter, and other similar sites provide information about things going on with this bus, such as providing services for individual weddings and other special occasions. As with everything in life there are pros and cons; some of the pros are that these buses are inexpensive compared to other forms of transportation, they have nice, clean bathrooms and air conditioning provided for extra comfort as well as there are power outlets next to each seat for those that, use electronic technology while on the trip. Some of the cons are: if you are a parent with a child you may have them sit in your lap, of if you want to bring car seat you may but must fasten them properly yourself, however not all busses provide proper straps or harnesses for buckling up. You also have to pay for an extra seat when you are using a car seat. If you are a business person and require a lot of room to spread out your work while you are on the trip the bus doesn’t have as much as a train might where you could get a table to work at, also the boarding process for bolt bus may be hectic, at certain pickups there is no protection from the elements of the weather, when you purchase tickets they are only good for the date and time on the ticket and are nonrefundable. The prices for the trip depend on demand, some people say although that a plane or train is more enjoyable. I would say that would probably be
