Duke Energy is responsible for one of the worst environmental disasters in North Carolina’s history; known as the Dan River Coal Ash Spill. This disaster was not just anywhere, but in our own backyards. This spill and resulting crisis will affect our community as a whole; us, our neighbors, our pets, our futures!
