GMOs have become very controversial over the years they have been used. GMOs are genetically modified organisms, they are mostly used for planting. They are used to make organisms stronger, or have better traits. Genetic Engineering is when one gene from one organism is put into other organisms to make that organism stronger.Genetically Modified Organisms are organism that there genes replaced with another organism's gene. When you see the label GMO, it means that a genetically modified organisms was used to create that product. A possible effect on people if they eat GMOs, it a allergic reaction or a disease caused by the new gene. GMOS can help stop world hunger, or it could cause a lot of allergic reactions. The weeds become stronger, and the weeds built up a tolerance to glyphosate. Second, after you plant GMO-seeds, you can’t simply change back.
