These criminals are people who break the law for a living. There are ways for criminals to still get guns even though they are not legal. These criminals will probably go to the black market/dark web. Around 2000 people go on the black market/dark web. The C.I.A. has been doing all they can to find a way to stop the use but there is no use. According to the U.S. department of justice. Even though there have been another successful countries such as canada to decrease the crime rates. “Canada crime rates have gone down 59 percent.” according to CNN news. Yes, banning firearms have been successful in other countries but there are other countries that have had the opposite effect.such as England. Instead of England's crime rates going done they instead increased by 89 percent. Imagine if that was our country. “The United States crime rate is 54.5 percent already.” according to the CNN news. What if that was to go up just like England's did. Our nation would be in more danger than before when guns were actually legal.

The final reason is that police are not always going to be able to protect all the citizens in the U.S. there are not so many police officers that can go out and protect every single citizen. Police officers only come to protect you when you make an 9-1-1 call. That basically means that if the
