Typically, political campaigns have an edge, and one candidate created an image of their opponent to present to their voters in an attempt to convince the public that they were better than their opponent, but Hillary Clinton took it too far. She became more involved in the aspect of defense rather than playing offense to attract voters. She wanted to make Trump look bad, but also wanted to distract the country from her own immoral decisions. Clinton ignored the fact that she committed a federal crime throughout the presidential race. Politics throughout the country have increased in corruption; in the recent campaign Hillary Clinton showed her lack of morals and her corrupt nature by lying to her voters and cheating the legal system while also trying to use sabotage to her advantage. Lying is what Hillary Clinton is well known for in the present as well as the past, being first lady, secretary, and after running for president, many of her fabrications have been revealed. When it was put in perspective and people realized how easily she got out of this, they did not vote for her because she too, is a criminal. Mcenany says, “What I do think is that the system is different for Hillary Clinton than it is for other people. You look back last year, 2015, we had James Comey who came out today and said no one's been prosecuted without intent, case well just doesn't show that.” There were several cases in the past year with military officials and representatives who were prosecuted for the same reason, but Hillary was excused, and they were found guilty. There are exceptions for Clinton who takes part in criminal acts, but has no charge and comes out with no consequences. She is given special treatment for no reason
