There are many candidates for this year’s presidential election. Some would make great presidents, some would have to improve over time, but there is one candidate that should not be president. That candidate is Hillary Clinton. Clinton has held many government positions, being the president of the United States should not be one of them. This essay will give you multiple reasons why Clinton should not be president, such as her immigration reform system, her health care policies, and Clinton is currently under investigation by the FBI.
Some might say that not wanting a female president is being sexist, but the truth is that Clinton will receive many votes based on her gender alone. Jillian Gutowitz is a radio show host and has an article in the Huffington Post titled “I’m Voting for Hillary Clinton Because She’s a Woman”. These points are hypocritical because it is sexist to vote for someone because of their gender. Affordable health care is a very popular view but the country does not have the money to support this program. The average cost for an employer-sponsored health care plan rose from $1,240 to $2,500 from 2002 to 2013. At this rate the cost for health care will raise $1,260 every 11 years. While this does not seem like an extreme expense the money adds up over time and the out of pocket cost is getting higher. Clinton’s plan is to raise taxes for everyone to help with this expense, but this plan will still result in taking money away from the people. Clinton also approves of providing health care to all immigrants regardless of their immigration status, so that hard working Americans will be paying for illegal immigrants to receive health
