In the course of time, along with the development of some nations and ethnic groups in different geographic areas of the world, the people living in third world countries especially those with more calamities tend to immigrate to more civilized and developed countries. Currently, the immigration of numerous and countless families as well as individuals to industrialized countries reveals the fact that they are looking forward to finding better life opportunities containing proper medical facilities, social services, and so forth. Therefore, it is fair to say that unemployment, being desirous of a better lifestyle, political factors, religious bigotry, and civil wars cause people to leave their home country and go to other countries of the world. …show more content…

People, who are under the persecution of a government, select to leave for another country in order to receive political freedom. In other words, people settle in other countries due to taking the citizenship of that country for establishing a novel identity and personality which can assist them in gaining political rights in the host country. For example, Maryam Monsef, an Afghan woman, is one of the current Canadian politicians who entered Canada with her mother and her two sisters as refugees. She and her family left Afghanistan because it was occupied by Taliban, and females were deprived of going to school and learning education. Then while Miss. Monsef arrived in Canada, she was accepted as an official citizen of that country which allowed her to receive political rights; indeed, she succeeded to become the MP member of Canada’s parliament from the Liberal party of Canada in 2015 though she was an Afghan. Furthermore, sometimes, people leave their home country because there is religious bigotry. When a country has the followers of a variety of religions especially the one with majorities and minorities, there may be less religious tolerance among the people of that country; in fact, the beliefs of a religion with a large number of adherents might be imposed on the religious minorities.
