The United States jury system appears to be better than most other countries but still has some downfalls because it is also limited to serious offenses only. Other countries that use the jury system are further known to limit the usage of a jury even further in addition to other countries not using a jury system at all. Additionally in the United States the process of jury selection is attempt to create an impartial jury whereas this is not the case in all countries.
