There is multiple conflicts throughout this book, each one involving a different character. Every chapter, there was a new conflict which was the plot of that chapter. From the beginning of the book, when they met the boss, to the end where Lennie was shot by George. One of the main conflicts of this book is when Curley thinks Lennie is laughing at him, but Lennie really isn’t.
