My mother has always told me that I was, “born in the wrong generation.” I’ve been described as being divergent compared to most teenagers my age, and I tend to have a different way of thinking. Because of this asset, I find myself constantly losing friends due to my disinterest and lack of conformity to the things they label as cool (drugs, sex, alcohol).
