1.There is a general problem in the nursing care. For instance, there is shortage in the nursing faculty. In the article by Hinshaw ; The Shortage of Educationally Prepared Nursing Faculty. She highlights the challenges in the nursing faculty. She says that the shortage of the nursing faculty is closely connected to the existing shortage of the nurses country. She attributes the shortage of the nurses in the faculty to the overall lack of enough nurses in the country .She says that the shortage of nurses needs more graduates to be supplied urgently to beat this shortage but she goes on to say that the shortage will offer many students opportunities to become nurses hence reducing the number of students in the nursing faculty. In the article she outlines the factors that influence the shortage of nursing faculty. She suggests that more schools and institutions should be built to deal with the situation. If we have more schools and institutions for nursing faculty, the number of enrollment will go up hence the number of professionals in the nursing faculty raising. In addition, national professional and several policy strategies are suggested. The government needs to employ more creative strategies in the Schools of Nursing to make sure that those that complete the courses are properly prepared to deal with the issues despite the low number of professionals in the nursing faculty.
