The French and Indian war was the final colonial war and it to place from 1689 to 1763. It was the last of four American wars. This war altered the political, economic, and ideological relations between British and the French. During this time each country fought for control of the continent with the help of the Native Americans and colonial allies. Britain and American colonies were defeated even though Britain had already won all the land (Document 1).
This book was a first option because of its possible credibility and it really came out to be a book that helps understand the topic. To what the book I known for it is very much a book exactly for what t will be used. The book was made to accompany a four-part documentary about the same topic aired on PBS, but the book is enough to obtain the information that is needed to become a type of expert in the topic with details, facts, and great writing that gives the matter a noteworthy prospective and style. The French and Indian War is, as the title says, what made the United States.
The French and Indian War altered the relations of the American Colonies and Britain through political, economic, and geographical issues. At the start of the French and Indian War the French owned a big majority of land but the during the war the French lost their land to the English. The Treaty of Paris in 1763 gave the English, the French land of North America (Doc A).
The American Revolution The French and Indian War impacted the American Revolution in many ways. Britain incurred a large debt from the cost of the war and the taxes that they imposed on the colonists created feelings of anger and rebellion that led to the revolution. As a result of the French and Indian war, the British were not at full strength which allowed the actions of the colonists to be more effective. Because of the outcome of the war, France was willing to help the colonists. Without the much needed help from the French the colonist may have never won the war.

The French Indian War was very essential to the uprising of the revolution in many ways. The French and Indian War Paved the Way to American Revolution As Europeans settled the New World, they encountered difficulties that they had not perceived before. The first of which was the Native Americans who were not thrilled with the idea of giving up their ancestral land for European settlement. So, it was not a surprise when conflict arise between the Natives and the Europeans. Because the Europeans brought over diseases that were fatal to the Natives and had more developed weaponry, they were successful in pushing the Natives into the interior of North America. Most immigrants from Great Britain settled near the east coast and as the settlement began to grow, industries and plantations became the main source of wealth in the new colonies.

The French and Indian war took place because the French and Great Britain wanted to expand their North American land West of the Appalachian mountains, also known as the Ohio territory. They also wanted the Ohio Territory because they wanted to trade with the North American Indians. The war took place in a lot of different locations around the world like Europe, India, and North America.
The French and Indian War was important to the American Revolution because the debt from the war was the reason that Parliament started taxing the colonists. Also, the French and Indian War made Britain very weak, making the colonists’ actions work a whole lot better. Since France was not happy with the outcome of their war with Britain this was a main reasons for France’s interest in helping the now Americans throughout the Revolutionary War, which was very important to the colonies’ victory. The reason why Britain started to tax the colonists was because of the debt resulting from the French and Indian War. The first tax was the the tax on sugar, which was put on the colonists to help pay off the war debt.
The end of the French and Indiana war can be seen as the start of the issues leading up to the American Revolution. With the British driving the French from North America it basically left Great Britain with control of the continent. This war also left Great Britain in an economic crisis. They now had to not only pay for the war but they needed funds for the constant support they were providing America.
The French and Indian war transformed the communities of the British and its North American Colonies exceedingly at the hand of land acquisition concerning native alliances and settlements of the citizens, economics containing elements of navigation systems along with taxes, and ideological relations regarding loyalty versus disloyalty. Prior to the Seven Years’ War English colonies were located throughout the east coast, restricted by the Appalachian mountain range. Moving towards the North New France had dwelled who had aspired to control the Mississippi River as well as the lands between the river and the mountains to the east. The war was fought between the colonies of British America and New France. Both colonies were backed with military units from their parent countries, Great Britain and France.
In order to know and explain the significance of the French and Indian war, we first must look at what it was, how it started and what was the outcome. The French and Indian war was a disagreement that started between two European countries: France and Great Britain. This war is also called the seven-year war. By starting this war, Great Britain gained control of North America. However, not following the rules about frontiers led to a disagreement.
The French and Indian War At first glance, both websites present me with two different pictures, two different stories, and two different points of view of a dramatic time in history that would forever change the way the United States of America would come to be. I chose to compare History.com and Britannica.com manly because I wanted to see the difference, if any, in an American based website and a more British based website on the topic of the French and Indian War. A war between the French and the British over territorial claims which took place in North America. Needless to say, most of the information found on said websites was almost identical. However, the information given from Britannica.com was so much into detail that they even went as far back as 1663, 91 years before
They are the men who, greedy for land and riches, managed to provoke the French into attacking us, despite all peaceful intentions and actions taken by our parliament. The blood of all those men, our brothers, husbands, and children, who died in that war is on their hands, more so than on the French themselves! The French may have fired the first shots, but it was their governor who first sold the land, out of greed and contempt for the laws set forth by our King. It is their people who must pay for the lives of those men, and if not in blood, than in the blood money they have stolen from us

In the French Revolution, the French government was the Old Regime and that divided France into three Estates. The first estate and the second estate accounted for 3% of the French population and were made up of nobles and the clergy. These people had to pay a very small amount of money as income tax and in some cases no money was taxed. The third estate accounted for 97% of the French population and was made up of the bourgeoisie, which were the French middle class and the poor.
