Do all stories relate to each other in some way? All 3 stories are more similar than different. The characters in all 3 stories are more similar than different. All 3 settings in the story are very similar. All 3 conflicts in the story are different. To begin with, the characters in all 3 stories are more different than similar. In the Wife’s Story the author states, the hair began to come away all over his body. It was like his hair fried away in the sunlight and was gone. He was white all over, then, like a worm’s skin. And he turned his Face.” (Le Guin 225) This quote shows that The husband started out as a wolf but then turned into a human. In the Interlopers the author states, “Who are they?” asked Georg quickly straining his eyes to see what the others would gladly not have seen “Wolves.” (Saki 204) This quote shows that at the end of the story the pack of wolves saw them. In the St. Lucy’s Home for Girls Raised By Wolves the author states, “Our mothers and fathers were werewolves.” (Russel) This shows that in the …show more content…

In The Wife’s Story the author states, “I saw him, I had to see him, my own dear love turned into the hateful one.”(Le Guin 225) The wife was shocked because she saw the man that she loves turn into a human and he was always a wolf before like the wife. In the Interlopers the author states, “We fight this quarrel out to the death, you and I and our foresters, with no cursed interlopers to come between us.”(Saki 199)In the St. Lucy’s Home the author states, “Whatever will become of Mirabella?” we asked, gulping back our own fear. We’d heard rumors about former wolf-girls who never adapted to their new culture.” (Russel) The girls were worried about Mirabella because she wasn’t adapting to becoming a human. The 3 stories had similar characters but they all had different problems to deal with. Overall, these 3 points prove that there are similarities and differences between all 3
