The tell tale heart is very creepy in many ways, and that is just relevant to the style of writing.
Beneath the artifice of his story is a hidden rage is what it may seem. All that there is left to do is to over analyze the entire story down to the very last letter of the very last word. The key to the story is the fact that the protagonist is a madman who can’t keep his stuff together. He seems a bit too happy about the way that he hacked the body into McDonalds grade chicken nuggets.
The only bad part is that it was a bit played out and boring, because the madman is always played out to be the murderer. of course the story is written by Edgar Allan Poe one of the most depressing people to write stories and poems. The whole thing is just boring, creepy, a bit sour from how old it is. the whole thing is just a big police report stretched to an end. so when he is inviting the police through the house he got a bit too cocky with his feat. the funny part is that he theorizes that the police know about the body and the ringing. The way that he confesses has been done again and again. When the body is being disposed of it seems that he will get away with it, but as everyone knows he didn’t (which proves that it has been played out
