On May 18, 1969, the U.S. military, under direct orders from President Nixon, bombed Cambodia. The reason for this outcome to bomb Cambodian in hopes of destroying the North Vietnamese bases hidden in the Cambodian Jungles. The first bombing named “Breakfast” as that bombing was a success, Nixon administration secretly ordered more bombings without any consent from the Congress.
