Relationships to Scripture Big Hero 6 was a great Disney movie with many references to Scripture. The references to Scripture although not overt are there in the underlining theme. The references all connect to Jesus's time and people around him. The references include but are not limited to: God, Jesus, the Devil, Judas, and the relationship between Elijah and Elisha. Baymax in the movie has many different roles. His original role was to be a healthcare robot for all peoples. Throughout the film, Baymax becomes a caretaker of Hiro. The devil is the biggest nuisance to God and his creation. Callaghan was the main antagonist in the movie. Callaghan was the one who was messing Tadashi's creation Baymax throughout the movie. Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. Hiro is in denial that Tadashi, his big brother, is dead. Hiro then becomes angry at the fact that Tadashi is dead and finds the masked man and blames Tadashi's death on him. Hiro pursues the man while full of revenge. Hiro bargains with Baymax that if they can capture the masked man, then his emotional illness will be cured. Hiro was very depressed and sad after Tadashi's death. Hiro never ate, talked to friends, or filled out his registration for college. Hiro finally accepted Tadashi's death at the end where Hiro and his friends come together and become Big Hero 6. Big Hero 6 was a fantastic movie that showed many different references to Jesus's time. It showed how Tadashi and Hiro are like Elijah and Elisha.
