On September 11, 2001 four planes were hijacked, each with a mission to destroy an important symbol within the United States. The hijackers flew two planes into the Twin Towers of the Word Trade Center and one into the Pentagon, the fourth plane, believed to be heading towards the White House, crash landed in a field in Pennsylvania. There are many speculations regarding the events around September 11 and many of them remain unanswered. Most people cannot seem to explain the way events took place nor are they able to explain exactly why they happened. If a controlled demolition were to have taken place, there would have been evidence left over at ground zero. However, when looking at pictures of ground zero, there is a lack of evidence left behind. A controlled demolition team was paid by Truthers to demolish a dorm building in Kansas, after the demolition the team walked around and saw evidence of a demolition. A controlled demolition would have taken hundreds of men. Walls would need to be knocked down in order to access the forty-seven inner core columns without being detected. Truthers bring up the fact that prior to 9/11, the world trade center buildings were undergoing an elevator modernization, which could have given crewmen accesses. One has to look at it from a logical standpoint and the scientific reasoning; the United States government would not kill 2,977 of their own people. This is a problem because some people have lost faith in their government. There are people who say the United States government created an entire plot and there are others would say they just let it happen without intervening. In both cases, conspiracists claim that 9/11 was president Bush’s excuse to wage war on the Islamic world. The United States has always intervened when and where it suits them. One last thing they would want to do is justify any foreign policy that allows them to kill 2,977 of their own
